Welcome to Tonic by the Bay, Broadwater Resort’s onsite restaurant and bar, conveniently located at the front of the resort just opposite Reception. Open daily from 8am until late, Tonic offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and casual catch-ups throughout the day.
Showcasing fresh local produce from across the Margaret River Region, our menu is designed to celebrate the flavours of the Southwest. Enjoy freshly brewed local coffee, handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, and a rotating selection of local craft beers while soaking up the relaxed coastal atmosphere Busselton is known for.
Whether you’re joining us for a leisurely meal, grabbing takeaway, or unwinding during Happy Hour from 5pm to 6pm daily, there’s always something to enjoy at Tonic by the Bay.
Outside, our lush beer garden is surrounded by tropical greenery and mature peppermint trees, offering ocean glimpses and refreshing sea breezes just moments from the beach. Dogs are warmly welcomed in outdoor areas, and our team may even have a special treat waiting behind the bar for your four-legged companion. Inside, guests can relax in our comfortable indoor dining space designed for year-round enjoyment.
The atmosphere comes alive every Friday and Sunday evening with live music in the beer garden from 5pm to 8pm – the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring Busselton and the Southwest.
