Absolutely. If you have a preferred apartment, villa, location, or room type, please let us know when making your reservation and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

While we always consider guest preferences wherever possible, specific apartment or villa allocations cannot be guaranteed. From time to time, operational requirements, maintenance works, or unforeseen circumstances may require us to reassign accommodation prior to arrival. Rest assured, our team will always endeavor to provide an equivalent or suitable alternative should this occur.

We understand that guests may wish to spend time with visiting friends and family during their stay. While resort facilities are designed primarily for the enjoyment of registered guests, small numbers of visitors accompanying resort guests may be permitted.

To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, the facilities are not available for public use, and larger groups of non-resident visitors may be restricted at the discretion of management. Please note: different visitor conditions apply during Leavers Week. Guests attending Leavers should refer to the Leavers Policy for full details regarding visitor access and resort facilities.

No, we don't require a deposit when you book. Depending on the booking conditions and travel dates, payment will be automatically processed either 30 days before arrival, 7 days before arrival, or on the morning of your arrival.

The applicable payment terms for your reservation will be clearly outlined during the booking process and included in your confirmation email.

If you're arriving outside Reception hours, simply let us know before you travel and we'll arrange an after-hours check-in for you. Don't worry, we'll keep the light on.

Early check-in may be available, subject to availability. If you're arriving early, feel free to contact our team and we'll do our best to assist.

If you'd like a little extra time before heading home, late check-out may also be possible. Simply check with our friendly team the day before your departure and we'll let you know what's available.

For stays of four nights or longer, a service is provided on the fourth day of your stay.

If you need fresh towels, additional amenities, or assistance during your visit, simply contact our friendly team and we'll be happy to help wherever we can.

Our villas feature fully equipped kitchens with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, a kettle, toaster, sandwich press, microwave, and everything you'll need for easy holiday meals.

Please note that our Resort Rooms feature a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen.
