Broadwater Resort Terms & Conditions

RESORT CHECK-IN POLICY

  • All guests will be asked to pay remaining balance in full on arrival.
  • The physical credit card is used for the deposit payment must be presented at check-in with a valid ID matching the name on the credit card.  Please note that cards loaded into mobile phones are not sufficient.
  • Guests paying by cash will need to pay an additional $300.00 Security Bond.
  • Bonds will be refunded at checkout only when all keys have been returned and a spot check of the accommodation has been conducted.
  • All guests are required to present a valid driver's license or other form of picture indentification on arrival.

LIQUOR LICENSE REGULATIONS

  • Broadwater Resort is a fully licensed premises.
  • The Resort is unable to accept bookings from guests who are under the age of 18 years, and not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

COVID-19 

COVID-19 is considered a known event and a foreseeable risk that you are accepting.  We recommend you consider travel insurance with adequate coverage for COVID-19 travel interruptions such as the need to isolate or inability to travel.
