Tonic150 Terms and Conditions

TONIC150 Conditions:

The promo code is valid for a limited stay period starting from 3th June 2025 and extending until 31st August 2025. To be eligible for the promotion, new bookings must be made by 21st July 2025.

Booking Requirement: To be eligible for the voucher offer, guests must book a minimum two-night stay in a 2-bedroom Tennis or larger villa. Therefore, the promotion excludes the following room types: 2-bedroom Loft Apartments, 1-bedroom Apartments, and Resort Studio rooms.

Voucher Amount: Guests who book a two-night stay in the 2-bedroom Tennis or larger villa will receive a $75 voucher to be used at Tonic by the Bay restaurant and bar.  Stay three nights and receive a $150 voucher.

Valid for Travel: Broadwater Resort's winter stay and dine offer is valid for travel from 3rd June 2025 until 31 August 2025.

Non-Repeat: Broadwater Resort's winter stay and dine promo is valid for a one-time use during the specified travel period and cannot be used for consecutive bookings.

Voucher Redemption: The dining voucher can be redeemed towards the food and beverage bill at Tonic by the Bay restaurant and bar.

Validity: The dining voucher is valid for use during the customer's stay at Broadwater Resort and can be used at any time during the operating hours of Tonic by the Bay restaurant and bar. Expiration: The voucher will expire at the end of the customer's stay and cannot be redeemed after check-out.

Non-Combination: Tonic150 code cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, including ‘Bookdirect’.

Restrictions: The Tonic by the Bay voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing restaurant promotions or discounts. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Eligibility: The promo code applies only to eligible room types as determined by the resort. The eligibility criteria include room types and length of stay. The hotel reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any promo code usage if the customer does not meet the specified criteria.

Applicable Room Types: The promo code is only applicable to 2-bedroom Tennis villas or larger. The resort reserves the right to exclude certain room types or dates from the promo code offer.  Eligible room types include the 2-bedroom Tennis Villa, 2-bedroom Beachfront Villa, 3-bedroom Tennis Villa, 3-bedroom Resort Villa, and 3-bedroom Beachfront Villa.

Reservation Requirements: To avail of the promo code benefits, guests must make a reservation through the direct channels. This includes booking directly through the hotel's website or contacting the hotel's reservation department. The promo code must be entered during the reservation process to apply the associated discount or offer.

Usage Limitations: Multiple promo codes cannot be combined, and the promo code is valid for a single booking and cannot be split across multiple reservations. 

Non-transferable: Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. The promo code is valid only for the customer named in the reservation.

Cancellation and Modification: The hotel's standard cancellation and modification policies apply to reservations made using the promo code, unless otherwise stated. Guests are advised to review the hotel's cancellation and modification policies before making a reservation.

Modification or Cancellation by the Resort: The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the promo code offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a modification or cancellation, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated terms or cancellation through appropriate channels.

Additional Conditions: Additional terms and conditions may apply to the Broadwater Resort winter stay and dine special offer and Tonic by the bay voucher usage, as specified in the specific terms and conditions provided with the voucher.

By using the promo code to make their reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
